Listing & fulfillment
Brands are responsible for accurate listings, pricing, stock, and timely fulfillment. Orders must be accepted and packed within the platform SLA; orders not packed within the SLA window may be auto-cancelled and refunded to the customer.
Fees & commissions
The platform charges a commission on each sale and applicable payment gateway charges. Fee rates are set out in your brand agreement and dashboard.
Settlements
Net proceeds (order value less platform commission, gateway charges, and refunds/returns) are settled to the brand's registered bank account after the settlement holding period. Settlement statements are available in the brand portal.
Compliance & KYC
Brands must complete KYC, provide a valid GSTIN where applicable, and comply with all product, labeling, and consumer-protection laws.
