Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to cancel, return, and get refunded.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order before the brand packs it, from the order detail screen. Once packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and you may need to request a return instead.

Returns eligibility

Eligible items can be returned within the return window shown on the product and order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging intact. Certain categories (e.g., innerwear, perishables, personal care) may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund timelines

Once a return is received and approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method, or to your Creator Commerce wallet where applicable. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your provided bank/UPI details.

How to request a return

  • Go to Orders → open the order → choose the item and select Return.
  • Pick a reason and confirm. A reverse pickup will be arranged where available.
  • Track your return status from the Returns section.
