How do I track my order?
Open the Orders section and select your order to see its tracking timeline. Multi-brand orders may ship separately.
What payment methods are supported?
You can pay online or via Cash on Delivery on eligible carts. COD availability and any convenience fee are shown at checkout.
How do returns and refunds work?
See our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: request a return from the order, and refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
How do creators get paid?
Creators earn commissions on attributed sales and withdraw cleared balances to their bank account. See the Creator Commission & Payout Policy.
