These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Creator Commerce, operated by Creator Commerce Technologies Private Limited. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Marketplace role

Creator Commerce is an online marketplace that connects shoppers with independent brands/sellers and creators. Products are sold by the respective brands; we facilitate discovery, ordering, payment, and support.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to transact.
• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Orders, pricing & taxes

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. See our Pricing & Taxes page. An order is confirmed once payment is authorized or, for eligible carts, a Cash on Delivery order is placed.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Timelines and eligibility vary by product and brand.

Prohibited conduct

• No unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
• No manipulation of reviews, engagement, or commissions.
• No posting of content you do not have the right to share.

Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
